What is a Literacy Play Group?
Our Early Literacy Play Groups are designed for children ages 3 – 6 who already have some alphabet knowledge and are ready to take the exciting next step into early blending skills. We use sensory and play-based fun to grow early literacy skills that are proven to build confidence in little readers!
What activities are done during a Literacy Play Group?
Each session is filled with hands-on, interactive strategies that support their children’s journey into reading. Through a mix of play-based and sensory activities—all with seasonally-themed fun—children will strengthen early literacy skills, practice blending sounds, and build a love for learning.
This group is a joyful mix of learning, playing, singing, and exploring, giving children practical tools and ideas to nurture reading readiness every day.
